Hie all

I have the above machine showing E0747-5f02
The machine had its harnesses eaten by rats. we replaced them and the machine worked for 2 days before coming up with that error code. All I know is that if you swop the imaging unit it works fine but i can pinpoint the fault on the unit...

NOTE: Make sure to never plug/or unplug >then re-plug an outside Interface Plug into the printer while printer is off & still plugged in a wall outlet/ can cause spike in line and or printer not seeing Reader/Finisher/Deck or other >

E747 with a sub-code of 5F02 refers to a fault on either one or both Main Controller PDRM-EF-A PCBs. There are two of these boards on the Main Controller PCB on connectors J1008 and J1051.

Perform the poor contact instructions outlined in attached pdf.
