u2 problem

    u2 problem

    i have u2 fiery connected to ir adv 8285
    i added a new user with its password in command work station as an operator(group of operators)
    when i disconnect and reconnect the login screen doesn't let me enter the name of user
    the user name in login screen is fixed with admin or operator or guest (don't change)
    pls help

      i think the problem solved
      if the user which i created enter his password and choose the right group he get into the command workstation with his privilage
