looks like worn upper fixing roller... look for corresponding marks on the roller.

If it's only thru df, check small scanner glass. If it's prints and copies, check drum cleaning blade

the test print shows the marks going right to the edge of the page.... if it were something in picked up in doc feeder then there would be a gap where the lines meet the edge of the page.
it looks like those lines go right to the edge so I would still say UFR or marks on drum.

I agree...ufr or drum blade
