Could be power supply or fixing unit, fluctuation in current

add functions > 2+8 > add functions > Copier > Function > Clear > Select ERR and hit ok a couple times for good measure, reboot machine.

edit : May be menu, 2, 8, menu to get into service mode. It'll be under the clear menu on those units too I believe, this looks like a newer 1600/2000
