To lessen your doubt if the problem is in fusing. Just intentionally mis feed the paper before it reach the fusing. Did you clean the main charge and Pre trans? Try to check the drum unit and if your blade is ok!

Reverse or change the Drum Cleaning Blade your problem will solve
