[Error Code] E0110-001 on IR 2870

Hi, I have a canon IR2870 showing E0110-001. I have changed the laser unit and the DC controller but still same problem.
It can start up but once press start the error will appeared and the paper has come out before the drum unit.
Please any suggestions to solve the problem. Many thanks.
Also the cable with the spring attached below the laser is fine and the black shuttle cover look ok.

Error : Error code E100/110110 Workaround : After replacing the laser, laser motor, main controller, dc controller, and checking the wiring the problem was resolved by replacing the registration sensor.

Make sure the grounding spring for the steel registration roller is making contact with the roller.
If needed>Reform the spring so that it makes contact with the roller

Will pull the copier back to the workshop for repair.

Checked and found that the replaced laser unit is faulty also, but it was tested ok initially.
After changing another good one it's working fine.
