    [Misc] Image reader controller IRAC5051 -> IRA6055

    Hello

    Can anyone please help me with information about R-CONs.
    I have ira6055 (duplex ADF A1) with bad reader controller (flat cable was not connected to R-CON correctly) part number is FM4-3015
    I also have a IRAC 5051 (with duplex ADF W1) part number FM4-3014 .

    Is there any way i could change R-CONS (from 5051 to 6055) and if so , do i need to change also dadf (are any other modifications)?

    the codes are different, therefore i think it's not possible, but i want to make sure .

    * is there any way to fix bad R-CON? possibly cable reader connector?

      fix a bad RCON ?? in what way ?? u mean replace a connector / or component on pcb board

      don't think u can swap PCB's


      iRAC5051 uses a Duplex Color Image Reader Unit-B1//FM4-3014-000

          Thank you teckat, I thought so.

          but still, if only connector is broken/bad (and could be fixed), it's a waste to buy new controller.
          I don't know what practice is with repairing this kind of PCB.
