what do u mean re-install firmware / u mean Overwrite firmware that is on HDD ? or install on a new HDD/
new HDD with no firmware needs to be formatted inside printer with SST

u can load firmware on as many HDD's in your stock/ the just need to be formatted inside printer first> than u load firmware on them

what is issue ?

u need an OEM HDD in this model/or same model HDD that is inside Printer/
