An 1101 Jam is an Entrance Sensor Stationary Jam.
There are two (2) causes which result in an 1101 Jam Code addressed in this Pub-

*Countermeasure 1 varies depending on the model of the Inner Finisher.
-Inner Finisher-A1/B1: Changes are made in the Back End Stopper Assembly (FM4-9099-010).
-Inner Finisher-C1/D1/E1/F1: New Paper Retainers (Front/Rear) (FC9-8026-010/FC9-8027-010) are used.

**Countermeasure 2 is a change in the HP Motor Bracket and the elimination of a Bushing.

Having 1101 jam codes on a Canon IRC3080 with Z1 Finisher, the issue sounds very similar but I swapped out the whole finisher with a spare and that is doing exactly the same thing.

paper starts to come out of the finisher and just stops, with jam indicating entrance sensor. Have checked turn around unit & rh door for any issues, doing duplex prints the jam only occurs on delivery

very strange, open to suggestions?
