Canon IRC3220 Processing

Dear all ,
i have a problem at my client that the machine is working very good in copy but in print out when he send any order the machine gives processing and stack ,i when i go to system monitar and cancelled it wrote cancelled but keeps the green led blinking till i turn off the machine and then on to be ready again and same if i tried the steps .any one face this befor ? i made Clear DC and still the same problem i debut on the H.DD but i didnt change it yet !

U are trying to cancel while job is still spooling ?? a no no

yea i wait around 10 min to print a test print and the ,machine giving processing so i tried to cancel it but it didnt cancel till i turn the machine off the on

i solved it was Hard Disk Issue
