[Error Code] e00350 00001

hello friends i got an error code of my canon ir 5055. What is this error mean, it was not in the list
please help me.

PCB mismatch \ were u swapping boards?

Serial Number PCB not communicating to main PCB

the original dc con board has an error e00004 00010. suppose to be errot on fixing, but yhe fixing is good in the other machine too. sp we decided to change the dc con and then we got this error e00350 00001. this error still appear even the original dc con board.

anybody out there had encounter these kind of error.

are u sure u did'nt swap the Main pcb's


u need to check those DC CONTROLLER connections again--

& check J1023 on Main Controller /& check the Counter memory PCBon it--/

also check any wire harness snap connectors from J1023

did u try an ERR CLR

E350= Faults on Serial Number PCB.

Counter Memory, Serial Number and Main Controller PCBs work as a set and are considered the “Soft Counter Circuit”. The Counter Memory PCB is
electronically stamped with the serial number from the Serial Number PCB. Neither the Counter Memory PCB nor the Serial Number PCB can be swapped to other equipment.

& check J1023 on Main Controller /& check the Counter memory PCBon it--/
