[Jamming] Canon IR8070 paper jam infront of Registration roller

Hello Sir,

My copier canon ir8070 paper jam in registration roller. The registration Clutch 2 and 3 are not rotate. I will Part Check the two clutches. Clutches are working. Which problem please tell me Sir.

Paper size?
