ULM can be set to use your AD as well as being set up for a local database
The user (will have to log on either via a PIN code/ Username & Password or the users swipe card.
If used with AD, ULM will look at the AD entry, and a "Scan To Myself" box will appear on the "Scan & Scan" Screen.

        Hi,

That #839 seems like a wrong user name/password being use to authenticate the Mail Exchange. Maybe your machine is not whitelist to use the Exchange? Might need your Customer's IT to support you.

Has the device got the SMTP & email address installed in its settings

Also depending on some networks, that email address may need to have some authentication
(Ask the local network admin if this is a case, and then ask them to set up a email/user account for the MFD)
