well it depends, that one comes with a removable bracket so that you can easily take out the HDD at the end of the day and slot it back in the next morning.
the other is the fixed one, from the look of the OP image its the fixed brackets he was looking for not the removable although I could be wrong
You have a choice of HDD (i) or a flash memory version (L) of each
model is available.
An engineer removed the whole hard drive assy from an i model, and gave it to customer, I was after the part numbers for i models.
I have only seen one or two L models.

Why not just remove HDD & Put back cage.
U will need to contact Canon directly or deal with a leasing company who has scrap model to strip
