Three years ago i found that the paper deck causes the pre registration roller (FC89354000) to go bad around 250K when the customer uses the paper deck only. this took several months with tech support having me change everything on the right hand side of machine. its do to the machine running faster than paper deck is feeding paper and it causes wear. anyway over this time the clicks i have been getting has decreased. changing the roller fixes the problem but now i am getting less then 100k on roller. anyone make a second source roller thats better or and ideas out there to increase my clicks?
