[Misc] CANON IR5075 - Cpanel LCD Blank

Details Description of IR5075:
Since I turn on the machine , nothing display on the PANEL LCD.
when I press the main power button, the machine responds as usually and normally but I can't see anything on the LCD. I think there is any problem on certain parts of that machine.
LCD PANEL , MAIN Controller, Reader Controller are the parts I have already checked and they are pretty OK.
(I have two IR5075 for replacing that parts).
Please give me some advice about this problem.

Thanks sir. I have already turned that contrast dial to right or left fully.
as additional information that machine can be viewed from PC. as it runs web browser services so I do something like " 192.168.0.0100" on my Firefox and I can see message says "Any Error Has Occured"

I usually use this canon ir5075 for my printing task every day. thanks for ur reply.

Display is Blank but the Green Power LED is on.


so printer powers up
& u can't print from the network ??

see attach //Follow the steps outlined in the attached Troubleshooting Flow Chart.

also check-------------
If LED 1005 by connector J3000 on the main controller is lit.

If not
This will indicate that there is no 5VDC being supplied to the main controller.
Disconnect connector J4016 from the DC power supply, then check if the display comes back and the 5VDC is present at pins 1 and 2.

Note: Some new style main controllers may not have led 1005.


In this case, removing the wire ties from the harness leading to connector J4016 on the DC power supply corrected the problem.

First Image shows the blank Panel while the machine is on. Touch screen, Start button has disabled. machine not ready.

I have tried to replaced the DC Power Supply. The DC Power Supply works on other machine.

so now i have make sure that main controller, DC Power Supply are working good.

the flowchart you given is very complete instruction but unfortunetly I don't know how to make that "dc volt" check . So I just replaced that parts.

Did you check the cable from J6801 on control panel to J1018 on Main controller PCB?

CONTROL PANEL

VOLTAGE CHECKS are done with a meter / u never used a Multi- Meter
see pdf for instructions

A multimeter is a devise used to measure voltage, resistance and current in electronics & electrical equipment

Did you check the cable from J6801 on control panel to J1018 on Main controller PCB?

Yes, That cable looks good.
Also , I found other problem with this fan in this image.

the fan doesn't work at all. I tried that fan on other machine and it works (that fan).

Did u check your voltages
Did u check for a stuck button on panel.

Bingo, thanks Sir Teckat. Now the machine has run.
The problems was on that connector or the cable that connect the Main control and the panel.
I Guess the cable or the connector doesn't connect or installed properly.
but now the machine goes on another big trouble like before(error 061 001). please people see on my next issue on the new thread. thank you.

saya memiliki maslah yang sama setelah saya ikuti petunjuk dari teman-teman teknisi akhirnya saya menggambil kesimpulan bahwa main controllers rusak(indonesia)

I had the same problem after I follow the instructions from friends technician I finally took this faulty conclusion that the main controllers
