ir330s E100 & E220

I have an ir330s that boots up to ready, when you try to make a copy it will either start feeding & jam displaying E100 or shows "scanning" then displays E220. Po/Po to reset and it goes back and forth between the 2 codes. When I try to turn on the lamp in service, it does not light.

________* E220 and E100 error code, it has been found that the CCD unit or cable from CCD unit to the image processor may cause this problem and they will need to be replaced.

Check that the Ribbon Cable between the CCD Unit and the Image Processor Board is not pinched.

Note: When replacing the CCD unit use the supplied, new Ribbon Cable.
