I am fighting a E069 on an 8500. I think it is the middle pin, rear of the transfer corona which is attached to the Fixing feeder frame assy. The other 2 pins are attached to the Corona assy The pins I am referring to attach to the back of the machine when the Fixing Feeder assy is pushed into the machine. The 2 outer pins are located on the Transfer assy and also connect to the back of the machine when FFF is pushed in. I hope this makes sense... I have been looking for this for several hours... E069: A fault (leakage) in the high-voltage output to the transfer charging assembly is detected.
Condition: The HV-DC PCB is faulty. The HV-AC PCB is faulty. The transfer charging assembly is faulty. The wiring is faulty (short circuit, open circuit).

The place where the Corona assembly attaches to the rear of the machine , the middle pin is broken. The middle pin (One broke) actually attaches to the Fixing feeder frame. (The other 2 come off the transfer assy) I can't find the part number to the middle pin. It's a common fix for this problem I sure can't find the part in the manuals though...Comment

Hello ,
some Time this error occurs if the Colar is broken it gave you the same error check the Colar that located on the rear upper of the HeaterDistinguished road makes you jewel in rough

One more thing which is also can cause this error, your Pre-transfer unit, the copper screw at the back side when it rusted (greeny in colour ) it cause this error acured.Comment
