IR 2545i reboots by itself - screen has scriggly lines

IR 2545i reboots by itself - screen has scriggly lines
- power is ok.
- replacing control panel made no difference
- Resitting connectors and memory improved, control panel and scan to SMB to one user at a time is ok.
However, scan to multiple users still reboots
Memory / Main PCB issue?
