[Error Code] Error 061 - 001 canon ir5075

Dear Friend....

My canon IR 5075 has 061 - 001 error (I have this error two or three times on the on the other machine )

Setting : OPTION ---> BODY ---> PO-CNT = 1 : The machine shows that error.
Setting : OPTION --> BODY --> PO - CNT = 0 : the machine has no error at all. but the copy result has dark background so I tried to set the height of the primary charge and also the transfer charge to reduce the dark background print but it always has the half black background print.
Some guy tell me that the laser is the problem.
on my first machine I have bought new laser and fix the problem.
but accidently this new problem get the same problem again: Error 061 - 001.

please give me some advice, what 's the wrong ?
What is the important thing to do when replace the laser?

Make sure laser shutter is working properly and not stuck half way
Laser Shutter is activated by the pin on the Primary Fan Duct Assembly
The pin actuates the shutter through the opening in the Machine Front Plate
Check the shutter operation and the pin on the Primary Fan Duct Assembly.
If the pin is broken, it should be replaced. The pin can be replaced by replacing the Primary Fan 2 Duct.
Duct, Primary Fan 2 FC6-3540-000.

E061-001: the drum surface potential (VL2) of the background is 200 V or higher

Did you replace: drum? potential sensor?

Well, now it's working. the house of the screw driver is broken so I never apply the screw driver there.
Thank you for giving me how that laser works.

so, Can I just make a permanent lock on the Laser Shutter? such as give a tape or something to push it and never come back?

Replace the rear cover of the fan duct assembly...or....melt a paper clip into the rear cover parallel to it at the broken area to make a small hoop to put a screw through. Works good in a pinch

clean or Replace Laser Unit, (Meybe Polygon Laser is damaged. You can see in there like a dirty polygon)
