Hard Drive issue
U could try the defrag method--power off=hold down 1&9 key, while holding}>power up printer- until u see white blocks dropping on LCD
If u receive a NG u need to replace HDD & 're load Firmware

In the beginning we have order hard disks is IDE connection but IPC 6000 is SATA connection.
so we have order conversion kit from PATA to SATA:
its F7-0431-000 for HDD without encryption kit
Fy7-0432-000 for HDD with encryption kit
ans we changed hard disks and conversion boards ASSy for both hard disks and using sst format,
we formatted hard disks and install the system
and the result is the same
Check the connection between the encryption board and HDD, and between the encryption board and the main controller.
Try to clear the encryption key in the service mode.
At the service mode level 2; COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>KEY-CLR
