    IR 3225N E0003-000

    Hi all,
    Please I need your help about this error code E0003-000?????? the error display then the machine turn off automatically.
    what's it mean????

    It mean: The fixing temperature is too low after a standby state.

    Replace the main thermistor.
    Replace the DC controller PCB.

      Remove fix unit_check for stuck paper\
      Are u a tech_? if not_ call for service

      U will need to clear error in service mode

      Service Mode level 1 > Copier > Function > Clear > DC-CON
      This is a must below----------
      If possible run a P-PRINT before clearing the DC Controller to re-input the correct values. Copier > Function > MISC-P > P-PRINT
      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

          good> now check your outlet for proper voltage & proper ground

          HOT>GROUND
          HOT>NEUTRAL
          NEUTRAL>GROUND= this should be between 0.0v>0.5v
