    [Jamming] IR5075 Jamming

ir5075 delivery jam.JPGI got my machine jam at the delivery claw.
I have tried to replace that delivery unit as shown with red line in the attachment with a working one.
So I know the the problem (jam) is caused by this part.
Can anybody guess which part of that delivery unit has broken or not set correctly?

Jam has occurred only when I used FOLIO (21,5 cm x 33 cm) paper.

A4 paper has good result. there is no jamming at all.
Thank your for your attention and helping.

    Hi
Is there a finisher installed on this device

If there is, i do believe that the white drive roller (Next the the flag sensor on the exit) Should NOT be there
Remove that white roller and see how that goes

        1) It kind of looks like your registration is off (paper is crooked). Is that just the angle of the picture? If so check the registration roller, registration gate, and check the paper feed components (weak feed can lead to offset registration).

        2) Is this from a print job (originating from a computer) or a copy job??

The paper path is different if it is a print job. The paper will exit the fuser, go down to the duplexing unit and flip the paper before it exits (even on simplex).

It is from print job and copy job.
I am sure that the problem is caused by that delivery unit ( I have replaced delivery unit from a good machine and all problem solved)

the claw separation get bloked FB5-3625 or FB2-6899 , lubrificate it with blue bottle called "contact universel".
and attention to put the claw inclined for don't scratch the roller.

The solution is in your hands!!!!
There is damage to your lead edge, which means your sep claw has a problem.
                      Start by changing them
