Canon imagerunner advance c5030i "E733-0000"

Hey. I have a client who gets this error code on their machine. I have replace the dc controller and main controller PCB2. Changing these cards do not work. The next step is to update the software. All suggestions are welcome

E733-0000 means if I remember correctly that there is a communication error between the dc controller and main board.



E733 0000 00 Title Error in printer communication


Description Communication with the printer failed at start-up.


Remedy 1.Check the connector connecting to the Printer.


2. Check the power of the Printer -> whether to perform
initialization at start-up?


3. Replace the Dcon or the Main controller PCB 2.


I had to chech the manual!

Also try changing the Really Board PCB (FM3-7935)
This once happened to me once, when a dealer engineer confessed that he had unplugged the ITB Assy, while the device was still switched on
