IRC 2380i tray 2

Hello

Got a strange issue, just seeing if anyone has seen this before

Client damaged tray2, slammed it shut, tray replaced. - set to A3

On the copier it is showing up as U1, does not matter if I change the dial at the front.

I have swapped tray2 to tray4 and the replacement tray shows up as A3 in the paper options

Any ideas?

seems like a damaged tray

u could have a damaged Cassette size detection PCB on tray/
U1 means all four switches read "OFF"

have seen this before in shipping

did u also check if the the size configuration switch (AB/INCH)
functions correctly
