[Misc] C5045 has waiting to print sometimes. printing has caused restarts.

No errors noted. In the KB there is talk about cleaning the ram or replacing the Mainboard PCB2. At this point, I do want to replace that PCB. ##Customer has Postscript License. Will changing this board remove that license? I am just looking at what I need to do to save and restore settings. Part of the solution to get rid of the waiting to print has been to clear the MMI and store settings. What would you do if you had to replace this PCB ?

thanks for point out the prep work. For some reason I missed that. The waiting to print has subsided however this restarting on its own has come back. For future reference. Where is the License info kept for the print kits?
