I have a IRA 8205 that has filled the toner waste bottle in 70k prints/copies clogs the auger screw and ends up in a e013 fault

Re: Waste toner bottle
-Over a period of time the waste toner box can fill up as early as 30k (500k service life), resulting in a premature E013-0001 error code.
If the "Sleep Mode Energy Use" has been set to "high", it was found that the device discharges toner unnecessarily every time the device wakes up from sleep mode. By setting the "Sleep Mode Energy Use" to "low", this will lessen the unnecessary toner discharge, extending the waste toner box yield.
This issue has been addressed with DCON sw version 32.01
imageRUNNER ADVANCED 8205 / 8285 / 8295
It is important to enable the "Waste Toner Message" on the machine or it is possible that an E013 error code will appear if the waste toner isn't removed in a timely manner.
there is a way to set the machine to display a message, but the machine still may generate an E013 code, because this adjustment is based off of Copies made, and image duty of 6% for letter size copy.
To enable the "Waste Toner Message", set Service mode COPIER > OPTION > DSPLY-SW > WT-WARN from the default value "0" (which will disable the message) to "1" (which will enable the message).
NOTE: The waste toner should be emptied on every service call.
- E013-0001 / 0002 Error Code; Waste Toner Message
- E013-0001: Error in the Waste Toner Lock Detection Connector (disconnection, indicated)
- E013-0002: Error in Waste Toner Feed Screw Lock Detection**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.** -
