Hi,
I have problem with this machine, prints from computers are ok, but copies regardless made from feeder or exposure glass are like there is color mismatch, need help.

i would assume u are not trained on product

Did u Inspect & Cleaned the mirrors and reflectors

Did u perform the CCD adjust for the image Reader Assembly. ?

Perform a REG-CLR in Service Mode, and then run a Auto Correct Color Mismatch & Full Auto Gradation

I did everything you have said except REG-CLR, regarding my training I did it as like as for IRAC50XX series, but there is no training that can help you in issues with this model of machine, IR2570CI at least had good printout while it was working and that you can't say for Advance model..
