    Irc3220 toner fixing problem

    Hi, Please
    I have a problem in Irc3220, only appears in a A3 paper size only and weight 90 g/m, view attachment arquive, i "Turn the adjusting screw [1] at the
    front/rear so that the length of the pressure" and did not effect, fusing roller upper, lower and bearings is changing.

    did you checked the ITB if theres a spots on it cos looks like ITB problem

      yes, i check the ITB, seemed like everything was normal, this defect appears in A3 paper size only.

            see attach/ u need to slide out sorter & cheat it's switch to run nip check

              already do this, the problem is that the image is not in the center like figure F06-402-02

                That is only an example
                U are only going to measure the crossover shiny patch) (front to back of test print)
                If patch is to wide on ends-u get poor fixing on ends.

                  it looks as if you are doing 100 % coverage on 90gsm? Try doing the same from the bypass using 100gsm or heavier and setting to heavy 1, this slows the fixing down to fuse into the media properly.

                    Good point on heavy stock,
                    But u can not run full bleed 100% coverage on this model with any success, with these crap fix units

                      is it only occurs when at 100% coverage, 75g 90g or heavy paper in the tray or manual, I suspect the upper roll, when you get a new one, will post resolved

                        do u understand your/or customer cost expense when u attempt to print at 100% toner coverage ?

                          pull out you itb cleaner blade and check for buildup of waste toner also problem could be in the itb assy and not the belt if not fuser.
