Canon ir5570 e0005-001

Dear all i have canon ir 5570 it was working very good but suddenly it gave error code when the machine turning on e0005-001 , i know its a web error but the web is in a good condition after i worked hard i noticed that the problem occur when i plug th ADF connector the machine gives that error when i unplug it the machine is working fine and boot normally any way face this problem .

what i tried
1:i tested the ADF on the other copier it works fine and didnt give any code .
2: before this happened the connector of the feeder which located on the machine it was broken the body so i changed the body with the connector that connected to the board and then the error occur .
3: i made DC- Clear / MMi /MN Cont

did u check your 24v on [power supply

I guess you have made a wrong connection and the 24Volts DC is shorted causing E005-001.
E005-001 = Web Solenoid Error.

i forget to say that i installed a new dc and tried the old one to other machine and it works fine ,just when i plug the feeder the error occur :/

Check again the wiring of the connector that was broken and replaced, maybe it has a wrong connection.

hi which power supply 24V you mean the ?

If the option(ADF)>when connected to object(PRINTER)creates the issue(ERROR)>and when removed<the issue(ERROR) is gone>

u need to look at the option (ADF) as cause of issue(ERROR)> as in a possible short created when u connect option (ADF) to object (PRINTER)
