i have found no real differance between the two. the UFR driver produces crappy colour and i have come across meny issues with it.

try the the ufr XPS driver. i had some better success with its colour output.

if all possibly sell the PCL or PS driver kit.

after searching in many canon documents
i found
the UFRII driver make balance in ripping the print job between the pc and the m/c
but UFRII lite driver depends completely on the pc processor in ripping the job and used in low cost printers
i hope its useful
