    70586 with V1 Finisher

    V1 with punch. Punch not punching or even attempting. Machine does recognize puncher. DS2 on Sw 381 is on. Machine delivers unpunched paper whether copying or printing

      Figured it out. Customer had paper type in common settings at 3 hole punch for drawer 1 after running a job. Machine will not punch 3 hole punch paper. Set to plain and it's fine. Weird!!!

          And it was a 7086 not a 70586 which last time I looked, didn't exist
