    Canon 3180ci thin black line?

Any advise would be appreciated my canon 3180 has started producing a thin black line on all output? it always appears on the reverse side - only recent change was a black replacement toner (genuine canon) machine is probably due an ITB cleaning unit but would this cause a black line on reverse side? drum is recent change only 6% used, black dev unit is on 13% - the line does sometimes appears in different places on the page - but is always on the back of copies.

    Does this line move ?

Is in paper feed direction <-----> right>left< / check Fix Unit
or cross feed = front to back

It looks to be paper feed direction right - left, and the line does move, when doing a couple of copies the line moves approximately 35mm on the second copy.

This machine is now producing the error code E000020-0493 sometimes on startup and every time when attempting an internal clean.
