    IR2016 - Initializing

    I have not been to the machine and I am doing this as a favor. I am not a Canon tech but a Sharp and Kyocera tech. When turned on, the machine stays in initializing. Normally they can turn it off and on and will boot up fine. As of lately, it is harder to get it to ready.

    Is there anything I should be looking for? Is there a manual that I can purchase for it?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Your machine need to reload firmware.
    I can send you a service manual for it, what's your email?
