IN THE FINISHER The tray home position sensor (PI8) is faulty. The tray lifter motor clock sensor 1/2 (PI9/PI19) is faulty. The tray upper limit detecting switch (MS5) is faulty. The tray lifter motor (M5) is faulty. The finisher controller PCB is faulty.
E540-0001 The ascent does not end in 15 secs when the tray lift motor is driven; or, the tray home position cannot be detected when the tray lift motor has been driven for 15 secs.
E540-0002 While the tray is moving up, the tray upper limit detection switch is found to be on.
E540-0003 When the tray lift motor is driven, clock pulses do not arrive from the clock sensor 1/2 for 200 msecs.sigpicARUN KUMAR MISHRAComment
