i need to reset the user password on a color copier OKI es8460MFP.Could anyone help me to enter the service mode and clear all passwords.

Might be this------------------

Enter Service Mode by holding down the menu up / menu down and help buttons
at the same time while powering up the machine. (This may take up to 60 seconds.)

Are u being prompted for a user name and password combination

is printer Networked ?
Have u tried using to Maintenance Utility
