dear all,i have canon ir3025n at my client and suddenly this problem occur ,i checked the drum and i saw nothing also the cylander of the toner also looks find and the heater i increased the temp thought this will give me a good result but nothing actually happend and same problem still

check the pre conditioning lamps, ive had them dirty before and causing CQ issues, take out the drum, look in the vacant drum space above the drum and you will see the LEDs, probably have have coating of toner on it. Can turn the mag roller on the dev see if there are any hard lumps of toner anywhere,

i think you need to uninstall the right door and re-installing it

Thank u ,i checked the leds but they are clean ,and about the right door i do think it can make this issue

try A4R TYPE FEED ,,,check fixing unit ...Clean paper guide plate....smooth rotation of fixing film ,,
