    this is from manual :

    E719 An error has occurred in the communication with the coin vendor/card reader.
    After correcting the fault, be sure to reset the error. (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR)

    0002 In the communication with the coin vendor, an error that cannot be reset has vendor. Replace the coin vendor.
    occurred (e.g., cable break).

      Is a card reader installled_?

      1.) Go to Copier-Function-Clear-ERR and press OK and turn the main power switch OFF/ON.

      2.) When the main unit starts up the display will come up with Department ID and Indentification No. entry screen.

      Go to Copier-Function-Clear-PWD-CLR and press OK and turn the main power switch OFF/ON.

        I got a same error code e719-002 coming out from IR7095 since yesterday and unable to solve it. I totally black out dont even know what to do anymore.

        The machine doesnt come with coin vendor nor card reader and theres no department ID setup.

        I cleared Error and cleared Clear-PWD, the problem still the same juat after i turn on the machine. Even resit the cables on Main PCB, the error still appear.

          Did it ever come with a coin vendor? it seems to suggest that there was once but now it has been removed.

          It comes up with this error and locks out if someone has tampered with the machine and tried to get free copies when they should have paid.

            The machine doesn't come with coin vendor since the machine came few years ago.

            I unplugged the J1062 connector on main PCB and it seems working correctly for a moment. We still monitor on it either the code will come out.

              did u check for a short/cable break (continuity test ) u need circuit diagram

              COPIER > DISPLAY > ACC-STS >
              COINROBO

              Use it to indicate the connection of a coin vendor.
              0: not connected; 1: connected

              set to "0"

              power of/on after u check/change

              ================================================== ==================
              COPIER > OPTION > ACC > COIN
              Use it to set the coin vendor mechanism.
              0: coin vendor not used (default); 1: coin vendor used; 2: remote counter

              set to "0"

              last resort

              COPIER > FUNCTION > CLEAR> MN-CON
              Use it to initialize the RAM on the main controller PCB.

              <Procedure>
              1) Print out the particulars of service mode by making the following selections: COPIER > FUNCTION > MISC-P > P-PRINT.
              2) Select the item, and press the OK key.
              3) Turn off and then back on the main power.
              4) As necessary, enter the data printed out using P-PRINT.
