IR 3570 Jamming

Hi
i am working on 3570 it jams after 60 pages once it starts jams it keep on jamming. It get stuck before fuser like it hit the edge of paper guide single sided copies. the jam code is 0201 and 0107 it work fine for 20 or 30 sheets .I replace registration sensor flag ,sensor and fuser unit . it still doing it it z fold the paper and some time ther are two sheet of paper before fuser.
please let me know if some had this kind of problem.

Did you replace the little black pad at the back of the reg flag. They get old and sticky and the flag sticks to it. Becoming more common with the age of these machines

did you replace or modify the pads under the flapper on the Right Hand Side door? Do you have the grey vertical path roller or is it the old black one? also the lower Right hand door assemblies are they the modified ones? If i remember the 0107 is the retry paper sensor? ive had the sensor flag in the pick up assy dislodge, is it the same from all cassettes and bypass?

My IR 3045 Do the same
After 1-2 Pages, the Paper stops in the middle of the fixing unit. when i removed the paper it is folded like an accordion.

I tried all 4 trays and did the same thing
Paper Orientation: Portait

I did notice that when i place the paper in Landscape it works much better but will jam after couple of copies and some of the copies have fold in the middle. so it goes out of the machine shorter than other copies.
Error: 1017, 0202, 0102, 0201

All sensors checked, - not sticking
right door flapper check
Fixing unit rolls fine

When the paper comes out with Z-Fold / Accordion / 3 Fold and jams after several copies with error 0108 Delay in PS14, it means that the fuser film is not rolling with the pressure roller.

Replace fixing film, Remove the old grease (IMPORTANT), Apply Grease and replace film.
