ipf 760 making lines. it looks like the print head is dragging across the page, and is shadowing the print. i changed the print head and the maint. kit. tried all the ways that the machine offers to adjust and clean the print head. ive attached a picture of what it is doing. thanks in advanced.

first of all check the rollers that help the paper to path the Grey rollers if they are dirty 2nd look at the right hand of the machine theres two pads located near the purge unit if they are dirty remove it and clean it well after that remove the head and check if there's an ink collected on it clean it with the electric contact dont touch the head nozzles just Spray it . your problem will solve
