Black lines ir5880c

Hello

I have a problem. After 10 to 20 pages of black lines appear on both side. Print and copy give me same result. I'm change Black dev assm, Drum blade and primary corona, but problem is same. What is problem?

looks like a dev problem to me, poss leaking, or fluff caught in the AP kit under the cleaning blade. take out the dev, see if anything is caught in the dev, piece of paper or foreign object.

ITB is also new. The only thing I did not replace the laser unit and did not put lubricant TKN-0480 along the edge of the drum cleaning blade.
This copier gets on my nerves

Is the ITB assembly new or the BELT?

The chatter lines look like Cleaner blade.

When the primsary rollers get old, it gets soft and mushy causing problems like yours.

If memory serves me right I think there's a scraper unit below the prexfer assy that has a mylar and can cause this. Good luck
