[Jamming] Problem with Canon IR8500 when inverting or doing double sided A3

I have an IR8500 that gives me a jam code 020A when i try and do multiple A3 copies when it inverts as well as doing double sided. This happens with every try. A4 and A4R works OK.
    Any suggestions.

Jam code 020A is a stationary jam at the fixing claw jam sensor PS6.

'020A' is generated, only during Two Sided Copying
A Downward Curl on the trail edge of the paper can cause this type of jam, while making two sided copies. After the paper passes through the fuser twice, there may be too much curl in the paper. The curl on the trail edge of the paper may bump the actuator for PS6.

Check the position of the Fixing Claw jam sensor PS6. If PS6 is not positioned correctly, a slight bump to the actuator for PS6 will activate the sensor (the Trail Edge of the paper bumping the sensor flag). The sensor may need to be repositioned slightly lower (away from the sensor flag). Also check the Nip Width pressure. Too much pressure will cause the paper to curl.

    Note:

Under normal operation, the paper should pass through the fuser without hitting the actuator for PS6. Be sure not to move the position of PS6 too low otherwise a true jam will not be recognized.

020A can be caused by worn flag> part number FB4-2303-000 or a worn internal delivery roller># FB5-6833-000.
