canon 6055- drum shaft

Hello,

I have a canon 6055 with copy quality issue (was charge unit) . I took out the drum unit clean it put it back but now is stuck . Was someone in the same situation. Thanks

thanks. Is not because of charge unit. I know how to take it out, but now seems to be stuck inside. I removed developer unit, charge unit, all 3 screws on drum unit but stiil wont come out. Good news for me drum unit was changed not long time ago and life time is 1mil copies. But i have to figure out why is not coming out

Hi, this might be a silly question. You mentioned that you removed the three screws on the unit but did you remove the screw on the drumshaft itself.

2 above and 1 shaft=3 screws
