Canon iR3320i showing E602 & switching off/on

Hello Everybody,

I have Canon iR3320i machine giving error E602 & switching off/on automatically.Checked bootrom,connections,HD check(takes very long time for 1st sector)....no joy.......

I want to change Hard Disk & load system software
I have system software for iR3300i & iR 3320(not 3320i);tried to download ....says connected model(iR3320i) is different than selected model(iR3320).

Can anybody help me to sort out this issue as customer is aggaravated.Also if anyone kind enough to send me right System software?

do you want a disk?

those machines can be kind of weird i have had alot of hardrive issues
