Canon iR 3220 DADF Jam Sensor Flag

Having issues with Canon iR 3220 DADF. It feeds a single piece of paper just fine. If I do a duplex copy it does one fine and then the sensor flag gets stuck. When I move it to the right position, it will duplex one time. It will not feed more than one piece of paper without jamming regardless of the flag. Any help is much appreciated!

    Hi cfarris,

Is the machine a IRC3220, If so try in service mode - Feeder - and do a sensor init.

Open the Reverse Delivery Cover and make sure the mylar on the cover is not missing or damaged. If necessary, replace the mylar.

The Part Number for the Mylar is FB5-2207-010
