hi,

our customer have many ir adv 8285 m/c with u2 fiery

he complains his network is trafficed (loaded) when using our m/c

on contrary his previous xerox m/c (without fiery).he uses the same software solution (planetpress)

does the cws (command work station) consumes the bandwidth ? (he setuped it to many clients pc)

what software you suggest can we monitor the network to assured the words of the customer?

what we can do to help the customer in that issue

Information on the MIB object:
If you have the MIB for your product, it would allow the monitoring of that device. The MIB is part of the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), and is used to obtain status about a device on a TCP/IP network.
