[Misc] Canon IR 2200 Trya 1

Canon IR 2200 Tray 1 is not working. Hearing the sound of lift up but it doesn't work. Tray 2 is working fine.
Please advise what could be and how to check the lift up motor/mechanism if tray 1 is out?

More than likely the ratchet gear FB6-2778 is missing teeth.

canon IR2220i has same feeding assembly as canon IR 2200?
