As in service manual to print in black mode only we have to set in Service Mode---Level 2---COPIER--- OPTION---BODY
DEV-SP1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
bit 7 to 1
DEV-SP1 0 0 0 0 0 0 1
we done but also print coming out in color mode

Black Only Mode :-))
To configure the Canon device to use print Black Only Mode perform the following steps:

Enter service mode (level 2)
select COPIER
select OPTION
select BODY
select DEV-SP1
configure Bit 0 to a value of "1"
select OK
press RESET to exit service mode

The Black Only Mode feature is only effective with those jobs that are pure Black; if any color other than Black is sent, the machine will switch to Color Mode and may experience a production lapse of up three minutes.

Once the Black Only Mode feature is enabled, print a pure Black job following the procedure in the “Printing with Black Only Mode” and ensure that only the Black Developing Assembly rotates.
