need for gp 200 and ir3300 system software

Hi, i'm canon service eng. i have sst 3.35e but i doesn't have system software and what are the procedure for upload system software to copier(model gp 200) where is available system software, plz help me how can i download the file and procedure for upload

i dont know about gp series
but for IR series u must have sst 4.11E

The GP200 using software loaded the the RS-232 port under the control panel.

I'm not a copier tech, but I highly doubt that. The GP series is a completely different animal than the iR series.

BTW............this thread is about 17 months old.

u cannot use GP200 for 3300 both are entirely different and no i am not a copier tech either he he
