    iR Adv C5240

    Anyone encountered problem like this Cyan Erratic Lines Photo by Renzo_Lorenzo | Photobucket

    during normal copying an erratic horizontal lines appears on it
    Just came out from hybernation.....

    Glass copies_?
    What about Prints _?

      Both.

      even you make a copy from your saved files in your inbox the copy is the same with streaks of cyan lines. the problem only appears during colored copies otherwise b/w is ok.

      m out of town so haven't check the machine yet

        CYAN lines
        are in Main Scan direction ??? (front of printer to back)/= Vertical Scanning Synchronous Control-----

        if so I would check Laser /Connection Cable/

          Hello,

          In this series, the color drums are the same. So, you can swap the cyan drum with the Magenta or the yellow drum.
